Type Baltic to search company names only. Registered companies come first; removed companies remain discoverable.
2. Add a filter
Choose a field in Build a search, or type a search operator: reg: for a registration number, person: for a person, or address: for a legal address. Put values with spaces in double quotes.
3. Refine and share
Use AND to require every condition, OR to allow alternatives, and NOT to exclude matches. Put alternatives in parentheses. Copy the page address to share the search.
Select any example to open that search. Examples illustrate syntax and may return no results in the available data.
Start with a company name or its 11-digit registration number. Use Filters for a quick refinement, or Build a search to edit conditions and combine groups that match all or any conditions. You can exclude a condition, choose industries, and set up to three sorting priorities. The expanded query editor supports Enter for a new line, Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to search, and Ctrl+Space or Alt+Down for suggestions. Queries stay in the URL so you can bookmark or share them.
★ Advanced search featureFeatures marked as requiring permission are documented here but are not currently available to your account.
Query language
Build precise searches with alternatives, exclusions and measurable conditions. Select an example to run it.
Evaluation order: parentheses → NOT → AND → OR. Spaces between filters mean AND. Keep values next to their colon or comparison sign. For example, tele2 nace:01.11 type:SIA OR type:AS can match any AS company, regardless of name or industry. Use tele2 nace:01.11 (type:SIA OR type:AS) to apply the name and industry to both legal forms. Mixed AND/OR without explicit grouping shows a warning; it remains a valid search.

Supported comparisons: >, >=, <, <=, =, !=. field:value means equality for numbers and dates. field:min..max includes both endpoints; omit one endpoint for an open range. Use decimal points, no thousands separators, and dates such as 2025-01-31 (YYYY-MM-DD).
Financial data dictionary
★ AdvancedRequires permission
Search every imported monetary data point using its full field path. Shortcuts cover common measures; full paths distinguish statement formats and identically named items.
Financial search is an advanced feature. You can review all available fields and syntax below, but your account currently does not have permission to execute these searches.
One company, one selected report. financial_year:2024 selects that report year; without it, the latest eligible report is used. All financial conditions—including OR and NOT—refer to that same report. Year suggestions are examples, not a guarantee of available reports.
financial_year:2024 revenue>100000 profit>0
Financial filters, sorting and the values shown in search use the latest successful scheduled search refresh. New imports appear after that refresh; a company profile may already show newer data. Check the Updated timestamp and report year in each result.
All monetary comparisons are in EUR after applying the report’s explicit rounding unit or numeric multiplier. The import commonly stores ONES; THOUSANDS, MILLIONS and larger named units are also supported. Missing data, unsupported currency or unknown scale never become zero. Employee counts are unscaled; financial-period dates come from the imported financial data, use YYYY-MM-DD and the Europe/Riga calendar.
Some keywords are aliases for the same value: revenue = net_turnover and profit = net_income. The builder shows one choice per value. Labels identify the statement layout when fields come from different sources.

All search operators
A search operator names a field, such as person: or type:. It tells the search where to look: person:"Jānis Bērziņš" searches by a person’s name, while type:SIA filters by legal form. Put the value immediately after the colon. Capital and lowercase letters work the same in field names and legal-form abbreviations. Results are always companies, including when you search for a person.
All supported search operators are listed below. Filters marked with ★ need advanced-search access; their descriptions stay visible so you can see how they work.
name: Company name
Search the legal name or cleaned short name. Unqualified text has the same company-name scope. history:historical searches former names; history:all includes both.
Unquoted values support word prefixes and approximate name matching. Quoted values require a phrase in one name record.
Find a company by its exact registration number. Typing or pasting an 11-digit number automatically adds reg:, including when opening a shared search URL.
Harmless formatting separators are normalized. No prefix or fuzzy registration-number matching. History does not change registration-number lookup.
Search current NACE Rev. 2.1 activities from CSP. Historical annual tax codes are not used.
Use a section (N), division (70), group (70.2), or class (70.20). Broader codes include their subcategories. 70.20 and 7020 are equivalent. Use the NACE helper to find codes by name.
Use REGISTERED, REMOVED or ANNULLED, or the corresponding full Latvian/English registry label.
Exact matching. status:REMOVED explicitly includes removed entities. It does not mean the matching officer or name is historical. Uses the latest indexed status.
Choose history:current, history:historical or history:all. The shorter historic also means historical. If history: is omitted, current records are searched.
Applies globally to all name, address and person/role conditions. Registration number, NACE, type and status keep their latest-value meaning.
Net turnover from the latest eligible financial report, optionally restricted by financial_year:. Report selection happens before checking amounts; the search never substitutes an older report with a better match.
Requires EUR currency and a supported unit scale. Unknown currency, scale or values remain unknown; no fallback to an older report. Only eligible ANNUAL_REPORT records with DUF data are used, excluding the separate consolidated-report type and PDF documents.
Use financial_year:2024 (or year:2024) to select the latest eligible report filed for that reporting year. Every financial condition uses that same report.
Use one four-digit year (1000–9999), with : or =. Keep it outside OR and NOT. Conflicting years, year ranges and inequalities are rejected. Without a year, the latest eligible report across all years is used.
Use sort:revenue:desc,net_income:asc with up to three distinct fields. Sort applies to the whole query; use parentheses around OR groups. asc sorts ascending, desc descending; missing values come last. Without sort, the default ranking applies. Financial sorting uses the selected year or latest report and requires advanced search access.
Sorting applies before the 2,000-result limit. Missing values come last; equal values retain the default ranking.
Use limit:10 to return only the first 10 matches in the selected sort order. Larger limits use the usual pagination.
Use one whole number from 1 to 2,000. The limit applies to the entire search, outside OR and NOT, after filtering and sorting. No additional matches are counted.
Default. Search the latest company names/addresses and relationships with no recorded effective end as of the last index refresh. Future-starting relationships are excluded.
history:historical
Search previous name/address records and relationships whose recorded effective end or removal has passed. One company can match both current and historical searches through different records.
history:all
Search both current and historical records. Also includes recorded future-starting relationships. Annulled names, addresses and relationships are excluded in every scope.
History describes the matching record; status describes the company. A registered company can have a former officer. A removed company can still be found by its latest name. Combine history:historical status:REGISTERED to find historical records attached to registered companies.
Relationship scope uses recorded effective start/end dates, with registration/removal dates as fallbacks. Planned term expiry is not treated as a confirmed departure. If dates are absent, current means no recorded end, not independent confirmation that the relationship is still active. Classification is refreshed with the index, using the Latvian calendar date.
This is not a point-in-time reconstruction. Former records are limited to history supplied by the registry. Results show the latest company name and address; open the company profile to inspect its source history. Combining historical conditions does not prove they existed at the same time.
history:historical without a name/address/person condition finds companies with at least one indexed historical fact. history:current or history:all alone lists companies without filtering registration status. Historical legal forms, NACE revisions and past status snapshots are not searched.
These five shortcuts are case-insensitive. Other legal forms remain available by their canonical code or full registry label; this list is not a legal-form eligibility guide.
Company monitoring
Turn a company you found into an ongoing watch. Monitoring follows the companies you select, not every future match of a saved search.
Sign in with an account that has monitoring access. This is separate from advanced-search access. If the controls are unavailable, ask Support about access. Standard access allows five active companies; accounts with unlimited access are not subject to this limit. A company in several groups counts once.
1. Choose a company
Open its profile and choose individual monitoring, or add it to a monitoring group. Groups let several companies share the same selected interests.
2. Select what matters
Choose the change categories and save. Manage companies, groups and active selections on the Monitoring page. To stop all monitoring of a company, remove its individual selection and every group membership.
3. Read updates and choose email delivery
Open Updates to see Added, Removed and Updated cards. Unchanged records are omitted; edited fields show Before and Now. Additional details contain record identifiers. Enable or disable the daily email digest in Settings.

Updates appear after FTM imports and detects a change. Initial data establishes a baseline; starting monitoring does not replay past events. The daily email digest collects pending updates from previous UTC days. Processing starts after midnight UTC—03:00 in Riga during summer time and 02:00 during winter time; delivery may be later. This is not an instant-alert service.
Spaces between filters mean AND. NOT is evaluated first, then AND, then OR. Use parentheses to make grouping explicit: (type:SIA OR type:AS) status:REGISTERED. Repeated fields remain AND unless joined with OR. Separate people or records may satisfy separate conditions. history: is global and must be an AND condition outside OR and NOT.
Phrases, characters and matching
Use straight double quotes: person:"Jānis Bērziņš". Inside a quoted value, \" represents a literal quote and \ a backslash. Latvian characters are preserved in display; existing diacritic-insensitive matching also supports Riga for Rīga.
Quotes group exact-code/type/status labels; they do not make those filters approximate.
Ordering and result interpretation
After all filters, REGISTERED entities rank first, other statuses next, REMOVED and ANNULLED last. Name relevance orders comparable results; current exact/prefix matches generally score above fuzzy matches. Historical name matches still return the latest company name.
An empty search browses alphabetically. A company appears once even when several related records match.
Checking syntax and excluding matches
Use uppercase AND, OR and NOT. -status:REMOVED is equivalent to NOT status:REMOVED. Unknown search operators, missing values, unclosed quotes or parentheses, invalid ranges and invalid dates are rejected. Check the highlighted part of the query. Comparisons are supported only on numeric and date fields. A missing value does not satisfy a comparison, including !=; NOT also includes companies with missing values.
Length, pagination and shared searches
Queries allow up to 512 Unicode characters. A non-empty one-character raw query is rejected. Ranked results are limited to the best 2,000 matches; a + on the count signals that more may exist. Add filters to narrow the search.
The page URL preserves the query and page. Bookmark it to repeat a search or share it with someone else. Restricted searches still require the recipient to have the appropriate account access.
Data coverage and time
All searches depend on the latest successful registry index refresh. New source records, date transitions, corrections and removals may not appear until that refresh. An empty result is not proof that no relationship exists.
Person search covers the relationships actually indexed by FTM: officers, members and their representatives, shareholders/joint owners, beneficial owners, means of control, representatives, prokurists, securing measures and decisive influence. The NACE filter uses NACE Rev. 2.1 from the CSP company list; the revision is fixed and is not separately searchable.
Financial filters and financial sorting use the scheduled financial search refresh. Company registration/removal dates and NACE source data may update at a different time. Check the source dates and financial Updated timestamp; the company profile may show newer data.
