About FTM

FTM brings company registry, financial and other publicly available business information into a searchable web application. It helps you find a company, understand its records and follow relevant changes.

FTM is an independent service. It is not the Register of Enterprises or the State Revenue Service, and an FTM page is not an official certificate.

FTM is currently free to use. It is an individual project; a Latvian company is planned for future operation of the website.

• Find companies using a name or registration number and open a company profile.
• Review available registry details, officers and ownership information, financial reports, insolvency records and tax-related information. Availability varies by company and source.
• With an eligible account, save monitoring selections and review detected changes. Email digests depend on your notification settings.
• Use in-app support to keep questions and replies together. Public API documentation and integrations are under development. Additional functions depend on your account permissions.

FTM imports information from official Latvian registers, published datasets and public source services, including Register of Enterprises and State Revenue Service data where available. Source records may contain names and other information about people connected with a company.

Different sources update at different times. A source date, reporting period and the time FTM fetched a record can describe different things. Use the dates and source labels shown with each record.

• Check the registration number: similar company names can refer to different entities.
• Read the reporting period and source status. Historical financial results do not describe current trading conditions.
• A blank field, an unavailable source or no returned record is not proof that a fact does not exist.
• A tax rating or source indicator has its own defined meaning. It is not an FTM recommendation or a complete credit assessment.
• Monitoring reports changes FTM has detected. Delayed imports or unavailable sources can delay or prevent a notification.

Use FTM as a research aid and verify material facts with the original authority before a legal, financial or commercial decision. Consult a qualified adviser when the decision calls for professional advice.

Public availability does not remove personal-data protections or source licence conditions. If you export, republish or combine records, you are responsible for the rules that apply to your own use.

You can browse public pages without an account. Account features use your email address and the information you choose to save. The Account page contains security and deletion controls.

Optional analytics is off until you allow it. You can change that choice through Cookie settings. The Privacy Policy explains account data, public registry information and your rights.

If something looks wrong, send the company registration number, the relevant page and a short description. Include an official source or correction if available. Avoid sending identity documents or unrelated personal information.

For a correction to the original register, contact the responsible source authority. For FTM’s display or processing of your personal data, contact FTM directly; you do not have to resolve the source record first.

If the interface is difficult to use with a keyboard, assistive technology or your device, tell us which page and task caused the problem.

Combine industry, location and company status with revenue, profit or employee filters. Choose filters in Build a search, or type them in the search bar. Financial and date filters require advanced-search access.

Start with a name or registration number, then add filters. When typing a filter, use a search operator such as nace:, revenue:, net_income: or financial_year:. Combine conditions with AND, OR and NOT, and sort by the fields that matter. Search results explain matched records and the financial report used. Financial values update with the scheduled search refresh.

Follow individual companies or organise them into groups. Choose the updates you want, read what was added, removed or changed, and opt into a daily email digest. A signed-in account with monitoring access is required.

Choose from company details, people and ownership, legal risks, structural changes, financial reports and notices. Read additions, removals and Before/Now comparisons in Updates. Monitoring starts from the available baseline and follows future detected changes; it does not replay the company’s full history.

Sign in with an account that has monitoring access. This is separate from advanced-search access. If the controls are unavailable, ask Support about access. Standard access allows five active companies; accounts with unlimited access are not subject to this limit. A company in several groups counts once.
