Your work, in the right place
Think of it as a separate desk for a person or a business: company lists, monitoring, saved searches and exports belong there. Your plan determines which tools and allowances are available.

For a business, a team or a project. Start on your own and invite colleagues when ready. Teams plans include the listed users and one shared set of allowances.
Each workspace keeps its resources, access, allowances and billing separate. Switching workspaces changes where you are working; a subscription in one does not unlock paid tools in another. Website and API plans are purchased separately within each workspace.
A few useful details
Understand what you are buying, where it works and how the limits are counted.
Start with Free to try monitoring. Choose Pro if you need advanced search, saved searches and exports, or Monitor if you only need to follow companies. Every Solo plan is for one person; API access is a separate subscription.
Yes. Explore public company information without an account, or activate Free for a watchlist of up to 10 companies in your own workspace. No payment card is required. Teams workspaces are available when you want to work with colleagues. Manage Solo plans from your account and Teams plans within their workspace.
The Teams price is per workspace and includes the listed number of users. Owners and people with research, monitoring, export, API or notes access use a seat. Roles limited to billing, administration or support do not. Extra seats, where available, are quoted separately in workspace billing before you confirm. API plans use the existing workspace seats and do not add more.
Monitoring capacity is the number of unique companies actively monitored at the same time; a company in several lists counts once. Export rows and API company records are usage allowances that reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC, independently of your renewal date, including on yearly billing. Everyone in a shared workspace uses the same allowance. At a limit, additional metered use is blocked; FTM does not automatically charge for overages.
FTM processes updates from its data sources, so freshness depends on the source and its publication schedule. Monitoring surfaces detected changes, and you can configure daily email digests. These are not real-time alerts or a guarantee that every change is already available. Check the source dates on records when making a decision.
Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically; yearly billing costs ten months. Before confirming payment, review the plan, payer details, VAT and any additional seat charges. Manage payments, invoices, plan changes and cancellation from your personal or workspace billing area through Stripe. Review the effective date and any charge shown there before confirming a change or cancellation.
No. They are separate products and can be bought independently. A website plan covers its listed research, monitoring and export features. An API plan covers programmatic company data access within its allowance. If you need both, subscribe to both in the workspace where you will use them. Export rows and API company records have separate limits.
